High School/Livnot-Chai Information
Livnot Chai represents a multi-denominational partnership between four synagogues:
Herzl-Ner Tamid, Temple De Hirsch Sinai, Temple B’nai Torah, and Congregation Beth Shalom; Jewish communal organizations including Jewish Family Service and The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle; and numerous non-profit organizations in the Puget Sound region.
The diversity of students and institutions involved enables Livnot to offer a variety of entry points to participants, allowing the program to be flexible and adaptive. Livnot Chai contains 3 components: weekly meetings, monthly service projects and retreats.
Livnot Chai will operate on a semester system at two separate campuses.
