An internationally sought-after speaker, Rabbi Irwin Kula inspires people worldwide by using Jewish wisdom to speak to all aspects of modern life and relationships. Rabbi Kula is President of Clal – The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, a leadership-training institute, think tank and resource center in New York City. He is in constant demand for his distinctive perspective on both spiritual and secular matters by the media and has written many influential texts on religion and spirituality.

What is Scholar in Residence? Scholar in Residence weekend provides new opportunities to experience Shabbat, learn, and bond together as a community. With talks throughout the weekend offering the Scholar’s unique insights and expertise, we learn about our own community as well as the greater Jewish community of the world.
