Torahthon is an evening of thought-provoking courses taught by an esteemed faculty of clergy, professors and experts. Topics this year will focus on Jewish History & Culture, Sacred Texts & Jewish Thought, Political & Ethical Issues, and Personal Spirituality & Practice

In addition to intriguing courses, the evening includes: dinner and refreshments throughout the night; a Chanukah gift fair with Judaica, jewelry, accessories, books, and more; a warm havdalah service; and a keynote address by Rabbi Moshe Edelman, creator of Torahthon.

Comments on Torahthon:

• “It is the first I’ve attended, but not the last! The teachers I had were superb — knowledgeable, informed and able to listen.”
• “Classes made me think, think some more and then reconsider what I had thought about!”
• “I went to two classes that in retrospect taught me more than just the topics; they taught me how to study and learn.”
• “Very effective and practical for implementing in the classroom as well as in my own life.”
• “Terrific! Very challenging, thought-provoking and yet relaxing and uplifting.”
