S’lichot services will follow the film screening of Broadway Musicals: A Jewish Legacy. This PBS documentary examines the unique role of Jewish composers and lyricists in the creation of the modern American musical. The film showcases the work of Irving Berlin\, George and Ira Gershwin\, Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein\, Leonard Bernstein\, Stephen Sondheim and more.
