DESCRIPTION:While we may not gather this year for High Holiday services\, that does not mean we cannot “show our faces” to each other as we create a professional video stream. The High Holidays are a time when we see so many people we may not see all year; greeting each other is an important part of our shul community. Although it will look a little different\, these messages of love and support\, which are even more critical this year\, will be included. We are offering contactless drive-up pick-up for your lulav & etrog set\, and will have s’chach and sukkah kits available for pick-up at your convenience. S’chach\, the greenery to adorn your sukkah\, is available in 25 lb. bundles. A Sukkah Kit includes everything to build a sukkah but the s’chach. \nPricing (higher levels correspond to larger etrogim):\nStandard Lulav & Etrog: $40/set\nDeluxe Lulav & Etrog: $45/set\nPremium Lulav & Etrog: $54/set\nBundles of S’chach: $23 each\nSukkah Kit: Price TBD (~$135) \nPlease note that this year’s lulav & etrog sets have increased in price to meet the strains on shipping due to the pandemic. \nIn order to receive lulav\, etrog\, s’chach or sukkah kit\, you must pre-order by September 13. DESCRIPTION:This year’s High Holiday services will look a little different from others; although things will be virtual\, we do not want to leave out a key HNT tradition: the end of Yom Kippur Flashlight Parade!\n\nWe would like families to create a short video of themselves that we will use to produce a “virtual parade” which will be shown at the end of Yom Kippur.\n\n\nHere is how you can participate:​​​​​​​\n\n\n\n\nCreate a short video (no more than 10-15 seconds) of kids holding a flashlight\, a Havdalah candle or some other light source walking around the house\, down the stairs\, or some other part of your home.\nYou can use your phone to create the video (please record landscape – turn your phone to the side)\nIf you can\, create the video in the dark (or as dark as will still show the kids) with the light shining.\nEmail the video to Audrey Covner: audcov@msn.com no later than September 15
