Support independent bookstores: \n\nPurchase books at Brick & Mortar Books in Redmond Town Center\, which is donating $150 of books. Mention Leschi Elementary to receive a 20% discount.\nPurchase books from Island Books\, which is also donating $150 of books. It’s all done potluck-style with food you can buy or make at home. Due to COVID-19 meals are currently contactless drop-off only. You choose the date that works for your group. Please email ShelterMeals@h-nt.org to volunteer to organize a group of friends to drop off a meal.

DESCRIPTION:Monthly Second Sunday Lunch for 40 Women In Need \nThis facility acts as a permanent address for so many in need for social services\, job applications\, etc… as well as providing access to showers\, laundry\, computers\, and referrals for needed services. We provide a hot lunch for 40 which can be dropped off Friday afternoon or Sunday morning by 10:30 AM at the day center in the U District. Click here to participate by bringing a dish.
