DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, February 25\, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM\nFriday\, February 26\, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM\nSunday\, February 28\, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nWe are collecting the items below\, which cannot be purchased with food stamps\, to support the critical needs of the refugee community. Unemployment among refugee families has skyrocketed throughout the pandemic and JFS is trying to fill the needs. Please bring a bag or two of items listed below: \n\nFull sized shampoo & conditioner\nLiquid hand soap & bar soap\nLiquid laundry detergent (small or medium sized)\nToothpaste & toothbrushes\nPaper towels\nToilet paper\nGeneral cleaning spray\nLiquid dish soap\nSanitary napkins/maxi pads (no tampons please)\nSponges\nDish rags/towels\n\nBring items in your trunk on the days listed above and volunteers will unload and leave a treat as a thank you!

Buy some Easy Mac to be your groggers as you tune in online for the HNT Purim Shpiel\, then drop them off in the red bins outside the Upper & Lower Foyers to be donated to the Polack Food Bank. Easy Mac is especially beneficial to those without access to a stove to boil pasta.

DESCRIPTION:As a member of Congregations for the Homeless\, which strives to mitigate the pain of homelessness by providing meals and basic needs\, HNT aspires to provide at least two monthly meals for 100 men. \nHow you can help: \n\nHelp prepare one or more dishes for the meal on February 24\, captained by Nancy Morse & Florence Katz Burstein\nThis is a great activity for families\, friends\, your book group\, or chavurah\, and HNT will provide organizational support. It’s all done potluck-style with food you can buy or make at home. Due to COVID-19 meals are currently contactless drop-off only. You choose the date that works for your group. Please email ShelterMeals@h-nt.org to volunteer to organize a group of friends to drop off a meal.
