B’Yachad Parent Learning for parents of 3rd to 5th graders
Hour One:
Getting Unstuck: Finding Your Inner Voice, taught by Eliyahu Krigel How do we bring a greater awareness of consciousness and mindfulness into our daily lives? The routine of life can get us “stuck” and desensitized to the depth and beauty concealed within our daily moments. Sometimes we imagine needing grand opportunities for inspiration and change, yet improving our lives begins with changing a single moment. We will discuss how it is possible to live our lives more profoundly, with a greater sense of our spiritual natures.
Monthly Sundays, 9:30 AM – 11:15 AM, Sanctuary & Youth Lounge Sept. 18; Oct. 9; Nov. 13; Dec. 4; Jan. 29; Feb. 5; Mar. 5; Apr. 30
