Friday, March 11 Hungarian Shabbat by Eli Lahav (Prepared in the HNT kitchen):
• Sweet Potato Latkes With Onions, Gold Potatoes, Flour, & Eggs
• Hungarian Goulash – Beef Stew With Onions, Caraway Seeds, Paprika, Flour, Vegetable Stock, Diced Tomatoes, & Carrots
• Classic Rice Pilaf With Onions, Chicken Stock, Cayenne Pepper, & EVOO
• Uborka Salata (Cucumber Salad) With Cucumbers, White Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, & Paprika
• Challah Rolls
• Hungarian Chocolate Mousse Cake With Dark Chocolate, Eggs, Sugar, & Coffee
Full price: $60 dinner for two
Subsidized price (for those in need, HNT & TDHS members only): $40 dinner for two
Pick-up/Delivery Information
- Pick-up will take place as a drive-thru at HNT 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM on the meal date.
- On the meal date, a driver will call the phone number submitted on the form once they have left the meal at your door.
