Friday, August 14 Ottolenghi Shabbat Menu by Eli Lahav (Prepared in the HNT Kitchen) based on Yotam Ottolenghi’s recipes:
Fish & caper kebabs; white fish with breadcrumbs, dill, green onion, lemon, cumin, and turmeric
Basmati & wild rice with chickpeas and currants
Cauliflower & cumin fritters
Char-grilled cauliflower, caper & dill salad
Spinach & beet salad
Tahini & halva brownies
Full price: $44 dinner for two
Subsidized price (HNT & TDHS members only): $22 dinner for two
Pick-up/Delivery Information
- Pick-up will take place as a drive-thru at HNT 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM on the meal date.
- On the meal date, a driver will call the phone number submitted on the form once they have left the package at your door.
