Friday, August 21 Moroccan Shabbat Menu by Purple Beet Catering (Prepared in the HNT Kitchen):
Moroccan chicken & vegetable tagine; half chicken seasoned and slow roasted with onions, eggplant & garbanzo beans
Jeweled couscous with dried apricots, currants & sliced almonds
Honey garlic roasted carrots
Moroccan beet salad with lemon, cumin garlic dressing
Challah rolls with green tahini
Moroccan almond cookies
Full price: $60 dinner for two
Subsidized price (HNT & TDHS members only): $30 dinner for two
Pick-up/Delivery Information
- Pick-up will take place as a drive-thru at HNT 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM on the meal date.
- On the meal date, a driver will call the phone number submitted on the form once they have left the package at your door.
