Grilled wild salmon with fresh herbs, lemon and caper butter
Organic mixed greens with smoked ricotta salata cheese, marcona almonds, grapes, fennel, fig balsamic vinaigrette
Lentil rice pilaf with caramelized onions and pine nuts in a spiced Greek yogurt sauce
Grilled roasted organic veggies (parsnips, butternut squash, new potato, carrots, and cauliflower) with Romesco sauce on the side
