Friday, June 12 Indian Shabbat Menu by Eli Lahav: (Prepared in the HNT Kitchen)

Indian-style cucumber salad with tomatoes, cilantro, red and green chilies, lime juice, and cumin
Major Grey Chicken (breast pieces) in a mango chutney, coconut cream, onion and curry sauce
Basmati rice with peas and onions
Spiced chickpeas with onions, ginger, cumin, cilantro, Garam Masala, turmeric, tomatoes, and lemon juice
Challah rolls
Nankhatai (Indian shortbread cookies)
Full price: $44 dinner for two
Subsidized price (HNT members only): $22 dinner for two
Pick-up/Delivery Information
- Pick-up will take place as a drive-thru at HNT 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM on the meal date.
- On the meal date, a driver will call the phone number submitted on the form once they have left the package at your door.
