Day 1 Dough & Filling: Thursday, February 23, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Day 2 Forming & Baking: Morning: Sunday, February 26, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: Sunday, February 26, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Have you always wanted to learn to make Hamentashen? Do you pinch the perfect triangle, but need tips on avoiding the dreaded filling leak? Bring your parents, children, grandchildren*, spouse, friends and any other aspiring bakers to this special new workshop! Led by a professional chef, all supplies are provided. You’ll take home a few samples, plus help us reach our goal of 3,500 hamentashen for the HNT Mishloach Manot project. Sign up at h-nt.org/HYHS
*Kids must be 5th grade or above
Please note this is separate from the annual hamentashen making happening the following week, which is for the HNT Purim Shpiel and for purchase. Anyone is welcome to participate in one or both of these opportunities, but please RSVP accordingly.
